About

For 26 years, David and Rosie Yutzy have farmed in Holmes County, Ohio, always working toward healthier cows and better food.

They started as a conventional dairy, transitioned to organic in May 2007, and in June 2016 moved to a grass-fed, organic, rotationally grazed Jersey herd—a shift that brought clear health benefits in the herd. Today, they’re proud to make their herdshare available to families who want real, nutrient-dense dairy from a farm they can know and trust.

They raise their family here too—five kids (four boys and a youngest daughter)—on their 103-acre grass-fed organic dairy farm.

Grass-Fed & Organically Raised

Grass-Fed

Our cows thrive on fresh pasture, which supports healthier digestion and a more natural diet. The result is milk that tastes richer and cleaner—more creaminess, more flavor, and none of the “flat” finish you get from grain-heavy feeding.

Organic

Organic standards mean cleaner inputs and a more intentional approach to animal care and land stewardship. That shows up in the milk: pure, straightforward flavor from a system built around quality, not shortcuts.

Rotationally Grazed

Moving cows through fresh paddocks keeps pasture at its best and supports herd health without stressing the land. Healthier cows on diverse, fresh forage produce milk that’s consistently more vibrant, creamy, and full-bodied.
